Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the chair and pack it into its original shipping box, ensuring all components, hardware, and instruction manuals are included.

• 3.
  Shipping and Drop-off

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
